I’ve been slow out of the gate this past week with a kidney stone that crept up and greeted me by surprise. The pain is just as I remembered, from the last time, but I’ll give you more details about that in the video: including a blow by blow comparison: the verdict is out: natural childbirth vs. passing a kidney stone – -the answer may surprise you!

Anyway…I just did a recording to share with you all the detail about Angel Food Ministries, WHAT it is and WHY you should care, and even as I type these words, the video is being processed, to later be uploaded here online. I also, have already recorded a second video that will SHOW YOU what I got for my money, rather than just telling you about it.

But, KNOW that this is a non-profit. There are no strings attached. You pay for food at or below COST, and get quality food, much of it surprisingly healthy food and groceries – - which is WHY it is getting my endorsement and be published about in this fashion. It truly is a breath of fresh air, and thanks to MANY participating locations, literally nationwide, I honestly believe it will help MANY of my subscribers (in the U.S. only to the best of my knowledge) in these tough, financial times.  Even more, in-depth details about the program to follow.
