Beet Juice Benefits - Part One
I’ve decided to try something a little different…
I’ll be answering some of the multitude of questions I get from subscribers in the
format below. This is the first of many juicing videos to come, and the file was so
big, I had to chop it up in THREE chunks!
(So, sorry, for the abrupt ending - yikes!).
The second and third part will be “edited” tonight, and uploaded in less than 24
hours..
Thanks to Helen (a subscriber, like you perhaps) who has th chutzpah to ask when
she wants to know more. Who knows how long the email would have been if I
“typed” all “that” which was said and explained in the videos. LOTS of information

Should you peel beets before juicing? Should you be careful about how much you
consume? Are beets dangerous (yes AND no)? Do you eat all the beet parts? (I
do not). What is the real benefit and “secret juicing trick” that beets should be used
for that beat (no pun intended) going through 3 months of conventional Medicine
testing, poking, pinching and prodding..and Whew!

Hello Joe: I have written to your e-mail letting you know that I am a beginner in this, but am extremely interested in having a strictly juice diet, or rather diet of juice, veg’s and fruit. I went right out and bought a juicer (just a cheap one for now). I tend to start something and not finish, so I am being careful here. My goal here is to have a healthy diet, lose 40 lbs as well as just be a healthier person, with a clear mind. I just finished listening to your beet juice videos… I drank a full glass of beet juice, mixed with celery stalk and an apple. I liked it so much I did up a peach, apple, and 1/2 a large orange. I think that I can live on this…maybe I would go for a supper occasionally but I certainly don’t want to say much as this is my first day…Oh!!!! and I need a whole lot of energy!! or at least a decent amount. Hope to hear from you and I will continue to check out your tips. Thanks, Colleen

one other thing, is there a wrong way of juicing….and how much juice should a person consume each day…
