My subscribers are a loyal bunch.

I get feedback and answers when I ask questions. My recent 46 minute (and don’t forget the 20 seconds!) of beginner juicing recipes video, got some great feedback. Thank you for all the kind words and support.

One of my subscribers, Dan who lives in sunny Vista, CA. (lucky dog!) responded to let me know what he thought, which opened up a dialog, which has been going back and forth the whole day – one questions has lead to car talk, job talk, etc. But I hear from Dan regularly.

Anyways here’s what he initially wrote to me:

“I just finished all the videos. Excellent job my buckeye brother! I did not start out slowly with greens and it was like Roto-Rooter invaded my sacred temple. That was then and this is now..LOL…I’m now thinking about buying a wheatgrass press and growing my own grass. I will drink it not smoke it J

And continued his email…(I’ve removed the private parts – eek! that didn’t come out right)..but you’ll get the gist:

“…I might drop everything I’m doing here in CA as an independent rep and jump a plane to help out. I could be there for months or longer. My concern is how to keep my daily routine going regarding nutrition? The airlines are strict now on luggage so I would consider just buying a juicer when I arrive in Mobile. Currently, I use an old Juiceman Jr. and it is not exactly a compact unit. It has been a little work horse but I know better ones exist.

What would you recommend I purchase? Something compact would be ideal. Remember, I only juice for one person. I will also supplement with Vitamineral Green. From what I hear, we will be working 12 hour days so I need to stay energized. I will keep you posted. I’ll know more in the next 48 hours.”

So my question to you…

Is there anybody else out there who travels for business or pleasure and has trouble sticking to a healthy routine or maintaining energy when out of your environment? Or maybe the question has nothing to with traveling for you, but you’ve been looking for a routine to stick with to act as your “health blueprint”?

Personally, I tend to eat rather lightly when I travel, because I get “anxious” sometimes (genetically gifted as a control freak, of sorts), and hydrate to the max.

Remember the newsletter I sent you about hydrating when you wake up, and because that’s when your body needs it the most? Well, my routine now, still includes downing 32 ounces of water (enhanced or not) upon waking, but I also drink a minimum of at least 16 ounces before going to bed.

I’ve developed a personal routine that has made me super focused during the day, and I get a WHOLE LOT done. In fact, somebody online, just released a THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR course, and a big chunk of it is all about developing a morning routine, which “surprise, surprise, surprise” (<— More effective if you can say that in your best Gomer Pyle impersonation voice) stresses drinking a liter of water immediately upon waking. And I told subscribers that months ago for free – but added a trick or two, remember?

P.S. Ask and Answered: here’s just one place to find Vitamineral Greens, that Dan mentioned. I’m not familiar with it, so I can’t give my wholehearted endorsement without having tried it, but none the less, Dan raves about it.
