For Juicing Tips Newsletter Subscriber: Jessie
A subscriber to the juicing tips and natural health newsletter, Jessie has had trouble viewing my past beginner juicing recipes video series in recent past, so I opted to create an audio recording instead. Really, this is all about Jessie.
The reason I’m doing this, is all explained within: about an hour and six minutes.
Finding the best and most efficient, to get this 60MB (megabyte) file online, so it doesn’t suck my bandwidth dry is my current dilemma. It’s done and finished, but I’m in the process of figuring out how to best share it with the masses.
Jessie has asked for my help to finally get a handle on some of the health issues that have been haunting her, both NOW and for years. So, what I did, was print out all of Jessie’s questions from all of her emails to me (Joe Boone - you know it’s ME, right?!) and address them one by one, and give the straight talk, tell-it-like-it-is advice asked for.
In a nut-shell here are Jessie’s major concerns:
- Wants to shed 10 pounds and lose weight with juicing.
- She’s a beginner juicer.
- Has had a life of constipation and weight fluctuation.
- Wants to be purified and feel “empty”.
- Wants to know what to do as a juicing beginner.
- How much, how often and the best way.
- And Jessie wants to know the benefit of all the above.
Plus, in those shared emails, the red-flag clues were a plenty.
That’s what my audio recording will cover. I’ll probably put it on the juicing tips website, where I can embed the audio. Not sure if I am going to grant access to the general public or not, just for the sake of curbing bandwidth.
