Heed the Warnings of My Recent Juicing Recipe: ASKITA
Hey everyone.
Hopefully now that the weekend is upon us, you’ve had a chance to read the latest issue of JT (short for the Juicing Tips and Natural Health Newsletter), and have already made the new juicing recipe made to put spring in your step and a kick in the pants.
But, please, DO pay attention to my warnings. I know.. I know… juicing recipes seem so innocent to so many, and because they are all natural, a LOT of people often dismiss how powerfully potent good health can be. So, again, DO NOT drink the ASKITA reecipe more than twice in a day. It’s too much! Beginners or intermediate experienced juicers have some additional options that can spice things up with the added endurance ingredients, but IF you are NEW do NOT add the advanced ingredients or substitute the advanced ingredients just for fun.
If your body is not ready for it, you can put yourself in a world of hurt! I’m serious; you don’t want to be one of the people who finds out about said reality AFTER experimenting. My juicing recipes are deliberately shared to address all experience levels. Pay attention and apply my instructions, when they are given.
Cool? Adding ASKITA into your juicing routine can do wonders, but don’t go overboard.
