Can You Really Have Too Much Energy At Once?

Which Type of Honey Provides The Most, Better, Best Used By Your Body Energy? Light or Dark?

Some would say no, but if you could dip a soup spoon into a jar and swallow something bound to give you that kind of, almost too darn sweet, *JOLT*, would you? The culprit, honey. Have you ever just done that, consumed a whole spoonful in one sitting? It’s seriously potent!

You’ve had honey before, odds are pretty good, right? But, have you only tried the typically found honey available on your grocery shelf?

Flavors vary greatly, depending on where you live. But, might I suggest a secondary option? Instead of the usual golden orange variety that is readily available all year long, opt for a dark honey. The darker the honey, the longer the energy packed within will last.

In other words, light honey is like a sugar spike. Up, down, and although all-natural, you still can experience the dreaded energy crash. Whereas dark honey is processed at a slower rate within your body, thus the energy it has it released more gradually over time. You could almost think of it as having a “time-released” effect, with some obvious leeway. Check out local farmer’s markets for a wide variety of honey, as well – - plus save some money buying directly from those harvested their own honey.
