Because the subject matter is not one that can be covered
in a few words..

I’ve been aware of some -controversial- information about
losing weight for some time now, but I’m a bit hesitant to
share it with you, truth be told.

Why?

Well, because, at first glance, a lot of people with legitimate
problem weight, might read it and say: -Oh, that’s not for me,
they’re talking to a whole other crowd…

And there’s the rub.

(We’ll get to that in a minute)..

See, I get asked about juicing and weight loss a LOT.

And we’ve even talked about it in Juicing Tips, before, but
a lot of those people don’t want to take the TIME to lose the
pounds via juicing, because their problem is not something
new - so getting rid of it - sooner, rather than later is their
priority.

With Juicing: obvious bottom line: for success.

1. Food substitution. You take out the high calorie sweets,
and bad fat, replacing it with healthier juice, packed with
beneficial nutrition that needs very little digestion, thus
getting into your blood stream rapidly = energy.

If you’re body is -clean as a whistle- inside, that -energy-
can be the kind that I have: I have to watch that I don’t get
TOO Much of the stuff, because I get what I call, - Go out
and solve world hunger in a day, climbing the walls, wired,
surplus, good to go kind of energy.

2. The benefits (optimal nutrition) get lost in some people
who juice, because their body HAS TO process it. So, if
an unhealthy person who has practiced unhealthy habits,
begins to juice, they will not see nearly the same benefit
from that juice consumption as, say, somebody who regularly
eats fresh fruits and vegetables.

Because, your body is a machine. And if you want to get
the most out of it: better sleep, better energy, less pain,
quicker recovery, more longevity, etc., etc. you MUST
think of it that way.

Food is FUEL. Your body is a machine. Fill it with junk.
You’ll get inefficient results and output. In other words,
eat stuff that’s highly processed, microwave all your food,
sit on your couch like a lump eternally, and your -machine-
will give you stress, sluggish energy, the get up and go
of a cinder block, and instead of burning fat, you will
get fat.

Like I said at the beginning of this newsletter, this is a topic
that requires to tell you a lot. Some subscribers hang onto
every word when I write these long ones, and send me
follow-up emails wanting even MORE. And some
unsubscribe. So, I have to try to get a decent balance for
the majority.

So, let’s discuss this controversy I hinted at earlier.

I don’t know if I should share this with you or not, because
not everybody, will be able to see through the -hype-
and gobbily-gook to SEE the real value and the breakthrough
information.

But, there’s a book out there that I read years ago, that was
a bit -eye opening- to say the least.

Since then, it has been one of the best selling books about
finally losing unwanted pounds for literally the last five
YEARS. If it was a fluke, it wouldn’t have such loyalty and
staying power, obviously.

But, here’s the thing. Most people have NEVER even heard
of it! How could that be? Well, like I said, if you went to the
site, you may not even read past the first paragraph under
the impression - That’s not for me..

But, you’d be wrong. Because what you want is BURIED in
between all that fancy-schmancy (oh my grammar teachers
would be so proud!) wording.

See, it is geared towards -body builders. Yeah, I know.
But, -I’m a single Mom- or -I don’t want to become a She-Woman-
or -I’m a 50 year old guy, I’m not in high school anymore.

I hear ya.

But that’s exactly what I mean. You’d dismiss the solution
you’ve been looking for, because you’d think, that the author
wasn’t talking, specifically, to your situation.

So, I’m pointing that out to you, clearly, and making you
aware of it now.

Hey, if you want to become a -She Woman- more power to
you..

-Not that there’s anything wrong with that, he says hands
waving erratically - - (Blatant Seinfeld reference!)

Now, there are no miracles here. You want the longer
term, slower route, stick with juicing. But, many of you want
faster results - all natural results.

Of course, having the best of both worlds, would put you
on the -Fast Track. So you have time, NOW is the time
(love my so subtle hints?) to get started so you can milk
the most out of Summer.

Here in Cincinnati, we have ten days of 70 degrees or
higher predicted - fingers crossed. You can bet your
bottom britches that I’ll be out basking in the sun, living it
up, and soaking in as much fun as humanly possible.

That’s WHY health is so important to me. It gives me the
freedom to DO that. Because, my -machine- is healthy!
