As promised, the juicing audio recording is finally uploaded, and ready for listening. You’ll remember it addresses and is in response to juicing tips subscriber, Jessie, who asked for help – see post above – figuring out what was wrong and how to fix it: weight fluctuation, constipation, being tired all the time, super low energy levels, wanting to lose weight, wanting to begin juicing but wants to know the real information and the benefits of all of the above.

Well, the good news is that Jessie has got answers now. The bad news is Jessie is getting an earful of straight to the heart Reasons WHY. The audio recording is 1 hour and 6 minutes long and is a whopping SIXTY megabytes! I guess I could have scrimped a bit, but it is CD quality…

You know that I like to get maximum leverage from the work that we do, thus, my response is published for the benefit of everyone. Because, in my heart, I believe Jessie has issues that many other people – - thousands in fact – - share: they want more energy, and to be happier and healthier, and they are doing what they believe is the RIGHT thing with good intention, but as often is the case, the logical route can come back to kick you in the butt doing more harm than good.

Low Energy Got You Down?

See, I think a lot of people may relate to Jessie.

One example, is that J. turned to a health magazine and “expert” and followed their juicing fast / routine to the “T” and guess what happened? Got SICK AS A DOG. But, like I say to the point that I feel like I’m beating a dead horse sometimes, “blanket answers” and “cure alls” are not usually right for YOU. You’re an individual, and there are so many factors that go into determining the best routine and diet (WHAT you eat – not just “diet” for shedding pounds) for YOU.

Not to mention they rarely ever mention ANY downside. Doing too much at once. Eating and drinking the wrong foods or combinations of fruits and vegetables. How such a juicing routine plays out in your daily life, with current health condition, etc., etc., etc.

I believe, as you’ll hear momentarily that Jessie’s biggest issue is what is being done to fight low energy, to the point of pushing and squeezing “a little bit more” out of an already exhausted body. And if you keep pushing and pushing and asking for more, WITHOUT properly fueling the machine, you’re DOOMED.

You may find my advice a bit surprising, because juicing and beginning to juice, although I’m an obvious juicing fanatic about it, is not what I advise as the priority. So WHAT is then? I mean when I TELL YOU about the climbing up the walls kind of energy I get from juicing, why in the world would I not suggest that to somebody CRAVING MORE Energy?!

How many juicing experts out there, bother to ever even mention when NOT to juice?
