Organic Produce, Greens and Homemade Food Catalog
I got a pretty good response and feedback from a past post, about the food coop I’m participating in: (Angel Food Ministries), but know that unless you are next to a distribution center (usually a community center or church), you may not be able to take advantage - - but that said, check out your zip code on their site, because they are all across the nation (U.S.) and surprisingly abundant.
What I do have to share with you today, although not a food coop, or necessarily “cheap groceries” per say, but an even healthier alternative is an organic food catalog that has everything - at least close to what you might consider everything, including, dare I say organic ice cream! To order!
You name it - don’t view the catalog if you’re hungry; you might order the whole lot! - edible flowers, organic greens, organic take out (ready made meals), organic buffalo meat (really), organic cheeses, organic microbrew beer and wine, organic truffles and chocolate, like I said, you name it. Go to their home page, (Diamond Organics) and download their catalog; it’s in digital format, so you don’t have to worry about carbon footprints just to have a look. REALLY, really good stuff.
Not to mention, if locally, you can’t find a must-have, special ingredient you’ve always wanted to try in a juicing recipe, you now have no excuses to not trying something new.
