Hey everybody,

My break from Juicing Tips and this natural health blog is soon coming to an end and I’ll be back answering questions, updating content, giving more stuff away and sharing some things I didn’t talk about months ago that “got me boiling”. One of the reasons I walked away for awhile to take a break.

You’ll be seeing some updates to this juicing site and companion natural health blog. And I’ll be cleaning up some of the links that have changed since I’ve been gone. Like this one: Eat Potassium Rich Food, a resource about how to regulate your potassium in your diet, written by Janet Quaren. She sent me an email about a month ago warning of her own changes taking place on her site. And I see that in the last few days, everything seemed to go live. She also has added an extra potassium blog – but I haven’t really had the time to peruse it.

It’ll be a couple weeks yet, until I really get in the swing of things again, but if you can’t wait, you can start peeking in on the juicing site and blog (and all the promises I’ve kept!) and watch the positive changes unfold.
